The House and Senate have each passed their own respective versions of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, but a final bill must pass both chambers of Congress before it can be sent to the president to be signed into law.\r\nEnzi was honored to be named to the committee and looks forward to helping finalize a bill he believes would lower taxes for hardworking Americans, grow the economy, create more jobs and modernize our tax code.\r\n\u201cI am excited to join my colleagues on this conference committee to move tax reform legislation to\u00a0the next step. I believe it will help millions of people across the country by letting them keep more of the money they earn,\u201d Enzi said. \u201cOur job will be to find the best parts from the tax reform legislation already passed by the House and the Senate and put it all together.
