Several counties also faced significant debris cleanup, while emergency shelters were opened in areas where residents had been displaced. The total damage estimates now exceed $4.9 million.\n\nWe know Nebraska communities will once again demonstrate their resilience as they recover from these storms. We encourage the federal government to join with the state in their ongoing efforts to recover from these storms and provide assistance where it is needed.\n\nWe stand ready and willing to assist in any way possible to ensure prompt evaluation of this request. Please do not hesitate to contact our offices with any questions.\n\nView a copy of the transmitted letter here.\n\n###", 1, "2026-06-25T06:30:03Z", "2026-06-25T06:31:21Z"]], "columns": ["url", "title", "date", "year", "month", "party", "chamber", "state", "member_name", "bioguide_id", "domain", "scraper", "source", "date_source", "text", "has_text", "collected_at", "updated_at"], "primary_keys": ["url"], "primary_key_values": ["https://www.fischer.senate.gov/public/index.cfm/news?ID=26A3523F-2560-4573-81C7-47790F797854"], "units": {}, "query_ms": 1.4830529689788818, "source": "dwillis/congress-press", "source_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press", "license": "MIT", "license_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press/blob/main/LICENSE"}
