We\u2019ve seen their behavior; we know what could happen. Contrast this to what happened under Biden and Obama with the JCPOA. They clearly put them on a path to obtain a nuclear weapon. President Trump has\u2014instead of using fake diplomacy and bribery as Obama\u2019s administration did\u2014actually used military force to put the Iranian regime in a position where they have to negotiate very seriously [\u2026] It\u2019s been made very clear to Iran that there will be no final agreement until it\u2019s clear that Iran has no path to enrich and that they will have no path to have a nuclear weapon. This is the exact opposite of what Obama and Biden did. \u2026President Trump is going to come up with a deal that is the opposite of what the JCPOA addressed\u2026 I think the terms will be strict. I think they\u2019ll be very enforceable. President Trump has used military force to annihilate the economic, technological, and military capacity of the Iranian regime. They\u2019re in a fundamentally different place. \u2026President Trump has been the one to deliver it, the only president that\u2019s stepped up to do it.\u201d\n\nHagerty on the Weaponization of Justice: \u201cI\u2019m very much in favor of addressing the weaponization of government, particularly of the [Department of Justice], that the Biden administration utilized. They leaked President Trump\u2019s tax returns, they invaded his home at Mar-a-Lago, and put everything on television. It\u2019s unbelievable what they did in terms of violating his rights, weaponizing government and judicial services. They\u2019ve done it to me. With Arctic Frost, [the DOJ] came after senators\u2019 phone records, illegally violating the constitution. The funds are not for President Trump or his family. They are not for me. What they\u2019re for are people who have suffered monetary consequences\u2026 There needs to be accountability throughout the DOJ and I\u2019m glad to see [Acting Attorney General] Todd Blanche addressing this\u2026 the media is missing the point here that the justice system was weaponized against American citizens\u2026 There are citizens that have suffered from this severely.\n\nHagerty on the Anti-Weaponization Fund: I have plenty of insight in terms of the reason for this type of action. This sort of recompense for an unbelievable violation of American sovereignty\u2026 [using] our own government to go after our citizens, that\u2019s exactly what has happened with the Biden administration\u2019s DOJ, that\u2019s what this is. Up and down the system, there needs to be broad accountability. Those members of the DOJ that did this need to be brought to heel and brought to task.
