No more loopholes,\u201d said Senator Hawley.\n\nThe Prohibiting Abortion & Transgender Procedures on the Exchanges Act would:\n\nWrite Hyde language directly into the federal coverage terms of health plans, and prohibit Exchanges from offering any health plans that provide coverage of abortion, except for in cases of rape or incest, or if the mother\u2019s life is at risk.\n\nProhibit Exchanges from offering any health plans that provide coverage of gender transition procedures or drugs for minor children.\n\nThis bill is supported by Susan B.
