From Beulah and Hazen to Bowdon and Cavalier, this funding will provide the training and technical assistance our rural cooperatives need.\u201d\r\nSpecifically, the funds will help develop cooperative and community-owned child care facilities in Hazen and Beulah, support local food initiatives by working with Bowdon and Cavalier meat processing plants, and provide technical assistance for cooperative housing in Wahpeton.\r\nUSDA\u2019s Rural Cooperative Development Grant program provided the funding.
