{"database": "press", "table": "releases", "rows": [["https://www.heitkamp.senate.gov/public/index.cfm/press-releases?ID=d7be1808-18d0-4581-92ec-7182c566e93e", "Heitkamp Announces Federal Funding for Rural Energy Efficiency", "2015-10-26", "2015", "2015-10", "Democrat", "House", "ND", "Heidi Heitkamp", "H001069", "www.heitkamp.senate.gov", null, null, "legacy", "BISMARCK, N.D. - U.S. Senator Heidi Heitkamp announced over $400,000 for rural businesses and agriculture producers to support energy efficiency.\r\nThese federal funds, which were reauthorized in the 2014 Farm Bill that Heitkamp wrote, negotiated, and passed, will help rural North Dakota businesses as well as farmers and ranchers conserve energy through new energy efficiency improvements and installation renewable energy systems.\r\nNorth American energy independence is possible with a true all-of-the-above energy strategy, which includes continuing to make investments in energy conservation through efficiency, said Heitkamp, a member of the U.S. Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry.
