U.S. Senators Dean Heller (R-NV) and Harry Reid (D-NV) along with Congressman Steven Horsford (NV-04) introduced the legislation in May, which helps secure job-creation opportunities in one of Nevada\u2019s hardest hit areas.\r\n\u201cOnce again, stakeholders at every level were able to come together to achieve three critical needs for the Las Vegas Valley: conservation, economic development, and recreational opportunities. By working out our differences we were able to not only protect unique places but also plan for critical infrastructure needed in the area. The Silver State is desperate for job creation.
