However, too many Nevadans tell me that they think it\u2019s out of reach. Whether it\u2019s the single mother from Gardnerville who doesn\u2019t receive child support and works full-time, or Andrew in Las Vegas who worries about how he\u2019ll be able to afford daycare for his daughters next year, I continue to hear that families in Nevada are struggling to cover their expenses,\u201d\u00a0said Heller. \u201cIn Nevada, real median household income is $7,000 lower today than it was 10 years ago, childcare expenses have skyrocketed, and families living in our state are more likely to be living paycheck to paycheck than families living almost anywhere else in the country. Nevadans deserve a break, and that\u2019s why I have been fighting to give middle-class families the biggest tax cut possible.\u00a0This legislation\u00a0is a positive step toward providing families with the tax relief that they desperately need and deserve, growing our economy, and making America competitive again.
