In this role, Neal shaped and contributed toward Congressman Boustany\u2019s stances on key issues affecting the energy industry, trade policy, and tax reform.\u00a0\r\nNeal is a native of Nichols, South Carolina. He graduated from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill with a degree in Business Administration.
