Senator John Hoeven, chairman of the Senate Agriculture Appropriations Committee and Senate Committee on Indian Affairs, today announced that the U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) has awarded $139,000 to North Dakota State University (NDSU).
