In honor of their achievements, Hoeven presented the school with a U.S. flag flown over the U.S. Capitol, which will be displayed along with the National Blue Ribbon School flag, a special symbol representing the school\u2019s exemplary teaching and learning.\n\n\u201cThe designation as a National Blue Ribbon School is proof of the excellence and dedication of the entire community surrounding Roosevelt Elementary, including the students and their families, teachers, administration and support staff,\u201d said Hoeven. \u201cTheir hard work represents the best of our state and helps ensure a bright future for North Dakota and our nation.\u201d\n\nRoosevelt Elementary School, along with Linton Public School and Larimore Elementary School were the North Dakota schools designated as 2022 National Blue Ribbon Schools.
