Senator John Hoeven, a member of the Senate Homeland Security Appropriations Committee, today announced that the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has awarded $6.4 million to the North Dakota Department of Health and $2.2 million to the North Dakota Department of Emergency Services.
