Jon Husted (R-Ohio) today joined Acting Secretary of Labor Keith Sonderling for a visit to Yarder Manufacturing and the Fulton County Fair to celebrate Labor Day and meet with Ohio workers, small-business owners and community members.\n\n\u201cOhio\u2019s workers, job creators and innovators are the backbone of our economy and the reason our state is the number one place to do business. I was honored to join Acting Secretary Sonderling on Labor Day to celebrate their hard work and see firsthand the people and businesses driving our state\u2019s success and keeping Ohio moving forward,\u201dsaid Husted.\n\nYarder Manufacturing specializes in high-quality production sheet metal fabrication. Husted and Sonderling visited the shop floor to learn more about the company\u2019s operations and met with workers and company leadership.\n\nAt the Fulton County Fair, Husted and Sonderling met with small-business owners, vendors and fair participants to discuss the challenges facing Ohio\u2019s small businesses and workforce.\n\nThis builds on Husted\u2019s work to support small businesses.
