Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.), senior member of the Senate Environment and Publics Works Committee, today called the Renewable Fuel Standard \u201cbroken\u201d after the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) decision to defer until next year final action on the 2014 Renewable Volume Obligations.
