Since then, he\u2019s introduced the AI DATA Act to track AI\u2019s impact on the workforce, the Aging with AI Act and Senior Chatbot Protection Act to protect seniors, the Advanced AI Security Readiness Act to protect America\u2019s AI systems from theft or sabotage by foreign adversaries, the WARP Act to preserve warfighter skills and readiness, and the Ultimate Human Responsibility in Defense Systems Act to keep humans accountable as AI is integrated into the military.\n\nSen. See key excerpts below:\n\nOn Congress\u2019s responsibility to act on AI before bad outcomes happen\u2026\n\n\u201cThere are things we can do and that we should do, and we need to act\u2026 The other CEOs of the frontier AI companies need to get on board with this. They can put in the guardrails themselves, but we can\u2019t count on them to do that. And it\u2019s the responsibility of the U.S. Senate and the House and the Administration.\u201d\n\nOn whether we can pursue AI\u2019s benefits while doing it responsibly\u2026\n\n\u201cWe have to put some restrictions on these companies. The companies are starting to ask for these things. They want regulation. They want guardrails in place.
