This follows Klobuchar leading a group of seven other Senators in calling for the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to investigate Instacart\u2019s dynamic pricing.\n\n\u201cGrocery prices are already too high\u2014Americans shouldn\u2019t be forced to pay even more because companies use artificial intelligence to inflate prices. I called on the FTC to investigate Instacart\u2019s use of dynamic pricing to charge customers more for the same product because it is wrong and deceptive.
