We discussed how the FBI can deal with the national security threats that America faces at home and abroad. He indicated that one of his top priorities is to go after those groups on the internet who are grooming America’s children for sexual exploitation.

“Kash promised to get the FBI back to its original mission of protecting America, and that the days of the FBI leadership having their thumb on the scale politically will be over.

“I look forward to his confirmation hearing. President Trump did a great job in nominating Kash Patel.”

####", 1, "2026-03-30T01:40:41Z", "2026-04-06T19:07:19Z
url", "title", "date", "year", "month", "party", "chamber", "state", "member_name", "bioguide_id", "domain", "scraper", "source", "date_source", "text", "has_text", "collected_at", "updated_at
url
https://www.lgraham.senate.gov/public/index.cfm/press-releases?ID=37BFA67D-2C82-4BFE-A0B8-C6AB883E9D6C
