Make no mistake: this authoritarian, unconstitutional surveillance and attack on the legislative branch under the Biden administration demands immediate investigation and prosecution. Those responsible must be held accountable, and we must ensure this abuse of power can never happen again.\u201d\n\nBackground:\n\nAn FBI document obtained by Senate Judiciary Committee reveals the FBI targeted eight Republican senators\u2019 personal cell phones for \u201ctolling data\u201d as part of its Arctic Frost investigation. One Republican member of the House of Representatives was also impacted. The Arctic Frost investigation formed the basis of Jack Smith\u2019s elector case against President Donald Trump.\n\nThe FBI targeted the following Members of Congress:\n\nSen.
