These federal funds will support projects across public safety, infrastructure, education, healthcare, economic development, and environmental restoration, giving Pennsylvanians the resources to improve critical services, advance opportunities, and enhance quality of life across the Commonwealth.\n\n\u201cThis funding delivers real results for Pennsylvanians,\u201d said Senator McCormick. \u201cIt helps communities advance important projects and ensures taxpayer dollars are put to work where they are needed most. This money would have been spent by those in Washington, D.C. regardless. $543,000)\n\nYork County Law Enforcement Multi-Office Public Safety Equipment (York County): Purchases public safety equipment to support law enforcement operations ($400,000)\n\nProjects were submitted by local governments, nonprofit organizations, and other eligible public entities, selected in accordance with the U.S. Senate Committee on Appropriations\u2019 fiscal year 2026 guidelines, and are designed to provide targeted federal support where it is needed most.\n\n\u201cA robust local manufacturing supply chain for AI Data Centers has the potential for significant job growth and economic impacts, leading to community benefits well beyond the construction and operation of data centers.
