The IRS\r\nwill bemailing out lettersthis month\r\nto Americans who don't typically file a federal income tax return urging\r\nrecipients to visit thespecialNon-Filers: Enter Payment Info Heretool\r\non IRS.gov before the October 15 deadline to register for an Economic Impact\r\nPayment. The IRS continues to work hard to reach people eligible for\r\nthese payments,said IRS\r\nCommissioner Chuck Rettig.These\r\nmailings are the latest step by the IRS to reach as many people as possible for\r\nthese important payments. We are releasing this state-by-state information so\r\nthat state and local leaders and organizations can better understand the size\r\nof this population in their communities and assist them in claiming these\r\nimportant payments.
