When combined with the ability to have on time rental payments count for the purposes of getting credit, we are able to make the American dream more accessible.\u201d\n\n\u201cWe are in the middle of a housing affordability crisis in Delaware and across this nation,\u201d said Senator Blunt Rochester. \u201cOne of my top priorities in the Senate is ensuring all Americans have a roof over their head and a place to call home.
