Papp will lead one of four plenary session discussions with attendees.\r\n\r\n\r\n(Click to watch Senator Murkowski preview this week's event)\r\nAmerica is an Arctic Nation and as one we must engage and show thoughtful leadership in the Arctic community, especially as we prepare to Chair the Arctic Council next year, said Senator Murkowski.
