Constitution Day marks the anniversary of the signing of this foundational document on September 17, 1787, when the Founding Fathers established a government rooted in individual liberty, limited power, and the protection of the people\u2019s rights.\n\n\u201cThe rallying cry of \u2018no taxation without representation\u2019 wasn\u2019t just a protest of the past\u2014it is a core principle of American governance,\u201d said Dr. Paul. \u201cOur Constitution was designed to prevent any branch from overstepping its bounds.
