Kentucky veterans traveled from cities including Bowling Green, Louisville, Glasgow, Radcliff, Owensboro, and Frankfort.\n\n\u201cToday, I had the privilege of greeting our nation\u2019s heroes as they visited their memorials,\u201d said Dr. Paul. \u201cWhile we can never fully repay them for the sacrifices they and their families and fellow soldiers made, special days like these give us a chance to show them we will never forget.\u201d\n\nHonor Flight Bluegrass provided a free trip to our nation\u2019s capital for 85 veterans.
