The legislation is designed to improve citizens' interaction with the federal government online, while reducing the cost of assistance from federal agencies.\r\nThis bill will modernize the way the federal government delivers services online, increase efficiency, and reduce costs for taxpayers, and I'm pleased it passed the Senate unanimously, said Senator Portman.\r\nNOTE: The House companion bill was introduced by Reps.
