We\u2019re committed to providing excellent customer service.\u201d\n\nThe first video features Jen and Shelly from Manley. Jen and Shelly worked hard to open a daycare to meet a growing need for childcare. They applied for a federal grant through the Department of Health and Human Services. They exchanged 88 emails but continued to wait. Team Ricketts was able to cut through the red tape. Jen and Shelly got their grant in time to open their doors. Now, families in Southeast Nebraska have access to high-quality childcare closer to home.\n\nClick HERE to watch Jen and Shelly\u2019s story.\n\nThe second video features Paul in Broken Bow. Paul is the President of the Board of Off Broadway Apartments, a senior living community. COVID requirements made it difficult for Paul to pay his staff. Bureaucratic red tape made it difficult for Paul to receive the Employee Retention Credit. Without it, he would be forced to close.
