The president has no interest in a constructive working relationship with Congress.\u00a0 He has no intention of listening to the will American people, and he has no respect for the Constitutional boundaries of his office.\r\n\u201cWe are a nation of laws. The President swore an oath to uphold those laws, and this action flies in the face of that promise.\u00a0\r\n\u201cThe President himself said time and again that an executive order of this magnitude was unconstitutional.\u00a0 He said, \u201cThat\u2019s not how our system works. That\u2019s not how our democracy functions.
