Rick Scott (R-Fla.) sent a letter to the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) requesting records and information related to LADWP\u2019s preparedness and response to the Pacific Palisades wildfires in January 2025.\n\nToday\u2019s letter is part of the senators\u2019 ongoing efforts to examine the deadly Palisades Fire in Los Angeles that resulted in billions of dollars in property damage and the tragic loss of life.
