However, at the end of the daythis bill provides support to the bravest among us  the men and women of our armed forces  and also includes language I authored tohalt a Russian malign-influence project,to authorize a tool for the nation's cyber agency to better identify and warn companies about vulnerabilities,and to greenlight Wisconsin National Guard construction projects.
