Schumer today announced that PioneerCredit Recovery with operationsin Wyoming Countyand Chemung Countieswill begin hiring 200 new workers as a result of a new award-term extension contract awarded to Pioneer by the U.S. Department of Education earlier this year which is beginning this month.
