The funding will be used to build a new wastewater treatment plant for the Village of Greenwich. The omnibus is expected to pass Congress and be signed into law this week.\n\nThe Village of Greenwich\u2019s wastewater treatment plant is at the end of its useful life and is in an advanced state of deterioration.
