The bill is an amendment to the Veterans\u2019 Oral History Project Act, and will facilitate the collection of video and audio recordings of biographical histories by immediate family\u00a0members of service members\u00a0who died as a result of their service during a period of war.\u00a0\n\u00a0\u201cWe are eternally grateful for our brave service members who gave it their all on the battlefield, and paid the ultimate sacrifice so we can live in a safer and more secure country,\u201d said Scott. \u201cTheir stories should be told and preserved, so future generations can learn about their heroic and remarkable stories that have helped to write our history.
