Sadly, Washington dysfunction has hit a new low and Montana families and small businesses deserve better than this.\" The Congressional Budget Office reported today that this bill will add nearly $1.5 trillion to the deficit. The bill was brought to the floor for amendment votes less than two hours after being released to the public and included hand-scribbled text in the margins.
