Previously, Plack served as Thune\u2019s legislative director after serving as policy director at the Senate Republican Conference and energy policy analyst at the Republican Policy Committee. Plack is a graduate of Augustana College and a native of Madison, South Dakota.\r\nLucas replaces Plack as Thune\u2019s legislative director. Previously, Lucas served as health policy counsel and legislative assistant in Thune\u2019s personal office.
