Senator\r\nToomey said:   Just\r\nabout every motorist from in and around Pittsburgh has experienced the misery\r\nof a Mount Washington road closure. These funds will help to stabilize the\r\nhillside and keep traffic flowing between Mount Washington, the South Side, and\r\nDuquesne Heights. I was happy to support the City of Pittsburgh's application\r\nfor this grant and I thank FEMA for approving it.  The\r\nCity of Pittsburgh's Resilient Infrastructure: Mount Washington Mitigation Plan\r\nis centered around three critical and vulnerable hillsides on Mount Washington:\r\nGrandview Avenue, William Street, and Greenleaf Street. The cost of the entire\r\nproject is $13,331,000.
