Warner introduced the Senate version of the legislation in September.\n\n\u201cEnsuring that the investments that Congress has made to ensure Americans have access to high-speed internet have the maximum possible impact is a bipartisan \u2013 and now bicameral \u2013 goal,\u201d said Sen.
