J. Res. 46, a Resolution of Disapproval regarding President Trump's manufactured and unnecessary national emergency declaration. Yarmuth, a cosponsor of the resolution, voted in support of the measure, which passed the House by a vote of 245-182.\r\n\r\n\tPresident Trump may not fully understand the Constitution, but it is still his sworn duty to uphold it. Declaring a fake national emergency to fulfill a campaign promise on a border wall is not only a subversion of the will of Congress and the American people, it is also unconstitutional.
