The resolution calls for greater national awareness of these gaps, stronger support for families, and better access to mental health care so every child has the chance to thrive.\n\n\u201cKids today are growing up with pressures previous generations never faced. Smartphones, social media, and constant screens are changing childhood, and too many childrenare struggling,\u201d said Rep.
