Res. 7 - Relating to a national emergency declared by the President on March 13, 2020.\n\nTerminates the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency on the date of enactment and forces the Biden administration to be transparent with the American people if he needs further authority.\n\nH.R. 497 - Freedom for Health Care Workers Act.\n\nEliminates the federal vaccine mandate for frontline healthcare workers and prevents CMS from enacting similar rules which directly impacted healthcare shortages in rural and underserved communities across Montana.\n\nH.R. 139 - SHOW UP Act of 2023.\n\nRepublicans introduced this Act to prevent the Biden administration from cementing pandemic-era telework policies until it proves the efficacy of remote work.\n\nH. Con.
