This is a huge win for Montana, and I urge my colleagues in the Senate to take up this bill and get it signed into law as soon as possible.\u201d\n\nMontana priorities in the bill include:\n\nDelisting the Greater Yellowstone Grizzly Bear.\n\nBlocks Glacier National Park from using funds to implement a vehicle rationing system and prioritizes the adoption of a functional shuttle system for visitors.\n\nMaintaining full funding for Tribal programs.\n\nEnding sue, settle and seal, preventing radical environmental groups from getting secret payouts from the Department funding their nonstop cycle of frivolous litigation.\n\nDefunding WOTUS.\n\nFull funding for Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILT).\n\nDefunding DOI\u2019s Interagency Bison Working Group.\n\nBlocking the introduction of Bison on the CMR Wildlife refuge.\n\nBlocking the Biden Administration\u2019s ban on lead ammunition and tackle on wildlife refuges.\n\nDefunding EPA rules that would result in the early shutdown of Colstrip and raise energy costs for Montanans.\n\nIncreasing funding for wildland firefighters.\n\nCut spending without putting the burden on tribes.\n\nProhibiting funds for listing gray wolves on the ESA.", 1, "2026-03-30T01:40:41Z", "2026-04-08T01:01:09Z"]], "columns": ["url", "title", "date", "year", "month", "party", "chamber", "state", "member_name", "bioguide_id", "domain", "scraper", "source", "date_source", "text", "has_text", "collected_at", "updated_at"], "primary_keys": ["url"], "primary_key_values": ["https://zinke.house.gov/media/press-releases/zinke-secures-dozens-montana-priorities-fy24-interior-funding-bill"], "units": {}, "query_ms": 0.7357269059866667, "source": "dwillis/congress-press", "source_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press", "license": "MIT", "license_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press/blob/main/LICENSE"}
