These actions are deceptive and lack the transparency North Carolinians deserve.\n\u201cThis is a last minute attempt to circumvent the will of the people by diminishing the power of Governor-Elect Roy Cooper. When Governor McCrory conceded the election, just last week, he promised a smooth transition to the next administration. This is anything but that.
