December 15, 2016 is the enrollment deadline for coverage to take effect on January 1, 2017. January 31, 2017 is the final enrollment deadline for coverage to take effect on March 1, 2017.\u00a0 Following this date, enrollment and changes to plans can occur only if you qualify for a\u00a0Special Enrollment Period.
