The Congressman also recorded a video statement regarding the agreement, which is available here.\n\u201cThis agreement is good news for our country because it will re-open the government and prevent an economic catastrophe,\u201d said Congressman Cohen. \u201cFor 17 days, I\u2019ve eagerly awaited the opportunity to vote on consensus legislation to fund our government and I\u2019m glad that opportunity has finally arrived.
