The House of Representatives voted 219-206 to pass the spending bill late Thursday night. The \u201ccromnibus\u201d includes 11 appropriations bills and a continuing resolution, which will fund most of the government through September 2015. The bill also includes changes to campaign finance and Wall Street reform laws.
