In addition to being represented in a region, the states of Alaska, Idaho, Maine, Maryland, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Wyoming, American Samoa and Puerto Rico will have additional influence on the Steering Committee through Cramer as the Small State Representative.\nCramer has represented North Dakota as a member of the House of Representatives since 2013.
