This grant will help fund the construction of a floodwall and improvements to infrastructure to protect Minots Water Treatment Plant from flooding of the Mouse River as well as to maintain the plant's ability to provide potable water to residents during high water events. The total project cost is $4,217,788. \nAs Minot continues to deal with the effects of the 2011 flood, these funds will ensure the city and its citizens will have a safe, secure source of fresh drinking water during future high water conditions, said Cramer. \n###", 1, "2026-03-30T12:14:52Z", "2026-03-30T12:14:52Z"]], "columns": ["url", "title", "date", "year", "month", "party", "chamber", "state", "member_name", "bioguide_id", "domain", "scraper", "source", "date_source", "text", "has_text", "collected_at", "updated_at"], "primary_keys": ["url"], "primary_key_values": ["http://cramer.house.gov/media-center/press-releases/cramer-minot-awarded-31-million-fema-flood-protection-grant"], "units": {}, "query_ms": 1.760398969054222, "source": "dwillis/congress-press", "source_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press", "license": "MIT", "license_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press/blob/main/LICENSE"}
