The bill funds 11 of the 12 annual Appropriations bills through September 30. The 12th Appropriations bill, funding the Department of Homeland Security, is given a temporary extension through February 27, 2015 to give the new Congress leverage to influence immigration policy.\n\u201cWhile any spending bill this large will be far from perfect, I am pleased it cuts waste significantly in large federal agencies including the IRS and the EPA, in order to focus on supporting national priorities including job creation, veterans benefits, and defense. It prevents provisions of the proposed Waters of the US rule from impacting farmers and ranchers, which North Dakotans have loudly and clearly spoken out against,\u201d Cramer said. \u201cThe bill
