Lawson\u2019s ruling to require the state of Michigan deliver water to Flint residents unless the state can prove the resident has a functioning water filter.\n\u201cAccording to the Governor\u2019s hand-picked task force, the state of Michigan bears the majority of responsibility for creating the Flint Water Crisis. The Governor has repeatedly said he will make this right for Flint residents.
