This year\u2019s summit will feature a keynote address by Lloyd Pendleton who is credited as the architect behind eliminating chronic homelessness in the state of Utah. The more than 100 attendees will participate in panel discussions that focus on overcoming obstacles to eliminating homelessness in Central and Northern Wisconsin. We will again bring together local government officials, economic development associations, non-profits, religious organizations, and government agencies, but we\u2019re also looking at success stories outside of our state.
