Additionally, he serves as vice chairman of the Joint Committee of the Library of Congress and chairman of the Joint Committee on Printing\nCongressman Harper was cited for his support for his work on America\u2019s Small Business Tax Relief Act; (H.R. 1105): Death Tax Repeal Act; (H.R. 2353): Highway and Transportation Funding Authorization; (H.R. 2146): Trade Promotion Authority; (H.R. 1599); Safe and Accurate Food Labeling Act; (H.R. 2029): Consolidated Appropriations; (S.J.
